Grouping three door-to-door traditional Lebanese houses “gathering” around a courtyard, nesting an olive tree, the name stems loyalty to an Italian restaurant, a wine bar and a butcher’s grill. The Gathering’s project focuses on the cradle-to-cradle concept consisting of sustainable production and consumption, refuting the cradle-to-waste industry based on consumerism and waste. It’s also known for its expansive wine cellar, offering over 500 references, accounting for the biggest wine list in the Middle East. In other words, The Gathering cares for the distinguished palate and the environment.
